We’d like you to be aware that scammers are using fake phone calls, text messages, and emails to pose as financial institutions and trick you into sharing your banking information. Do not click any links from a suspicious email or text.
Always remember when you’re contacted by someone who says they are from Publix Employees Federal Credit Union:

PEFCU will never ask you for your online or mobile banking credentials.

PEFCU will never ask you for your one-time verification code for a password reset or login.

Never give your personal financial information, including your Social Security number, passwords, or account numbers, to anyone over the phone or the internet unless you initiated contact.

PEFCU will never contact you to request personal information.
If you suspect a scam, please call our Member Contact Center at (800) 226-6673. After regular business hours, please review your account using online or mobile banking.
